Are you a seasoned customer manager with a passion for strategic growth and long-term partnerships? Then this is the role for you!
We are looking for a Customer Manager who wants to be part of Tietoevry Create and to drive success across key customers in the Public Sector. Tietoevry Create is the leading digital accelerator for innovation and sustainable value creation. We combine business design with software engineering to bring digital business to life.
This senior role blends relationship excellence, commercial insight and industry expertise to shape the future of our strategic accounts.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer relationship roles within IT consulting, software or digital engineering
  • Proven success in growing large accounts and navigating complex stakeholder environments
  • Deep understanding of Public sector-specific challenges, e.g. digitalization, energy transition
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders
  • Experience in leading cross-functional collaboration across delivery, sales and technical teams
  • Commercial mindset with a track record in account planning, contract renewals and strategic growth
  • Excellent German skills and ability to handle discussions in German language
