Skilled in a variety of marketing and communications functions, you will engage in multiple activities including, but not limited to, customer discovery, customer programme design and management, thought leadership and advocacy, event planning and management, PR and content, while ensuring that the Darwin Group brand guidelines and tone of voice are always followed and maintained.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own the Customer Experience: You will be responsible for the visual, written, spoken, and felt experiences of all potential and existing customers through each marketing touchpoint and interaction with Darwin Group.
· Manage Customer Projects: Oversee a clear and proactive 12-month calendar of customer projects and supporting plans, ensuring alignment with key internal and external stakeholders. Adapt as needed based on project timings and client expectations.
· Communication and Content Creation: Demonstrate excellent communication and written skills to effectively convey messages, create compelling content, and engage with customers across various platforms.
· Coordinate Site Events: Work closely with NHS personnel (e.g., PR & Communications teams) to coordinate key site events. Identify and capitalise on newsworthy milestones to secure coverage in local and national media.
· Document Project Stages: Visit new, in-progress, and completed customer projects to document each stage.
· Customer Advocacy: As the marketing owner of customer reference and advocacy, integrate customer feedback into client programs and lead generation campaigns to create a positive experience and support a healthy sales pipeline.
· Plan and Attend Conferences and Events: Identify, organize, and attend relevant conferences and customer events to effectively position Darwin Group within target markets.
· Maintain Marketing Assets: Work with the Creative Manager to keep the library of customer quotes, videos, and case studies current and accessible for the sales and marketing teams.
