As a crucial member of the Blueprint community, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our brand. Position Responsibilities: Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone. Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and brand philosophy. Has exceptional inbox management skills Can multi-task with variety of systems, products, tickets and customer/order issues Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Blueprint Bryan Johnson's products, values, and mission to effectively communicate with customers. Having extensive knowledge of the Blueprint Protocol is a plus! Community Engagement: Foster a positive and engaging community environment by actively participating in discussions, forums, and social media platforms to be abreast of what is happening within the community. Advocate for Blueprint's mission and values while building relationships with customers. Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the company. Project Admin & Marketing Support Keep marketing timelines and tasks updated, ensuring deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and share regular updates with the Creative Strategist. Flag potential delays early and take corrective actions when needed. Track timelines and ensure promotion dates are aligned with overall campaign goals. Provide support for organizing and maintaining SOPs to ensure consistency in processes. Reporting, SOPs & General Coordination Organize and manage creative files, ensuring everything is easily accessible. Support the team with weekly/monthly reporting to track project progress. Maintain and organize SOPs, ensuring consistency and clear communication across teams. Perform small but essential admin tasks to keep projects moving. Basic Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to keep up with a fast paced startup environment Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of Blueprint Bryan Johnson 1+ year in admin, project coordination, or similar (marketing/creative experience a plus). Preferred Skills: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred Experience with Shipbob, Shopify and Gorgias
