What will your role be? As Customer Marketing Manager – Global Travel Retail (ANZ), you will play a pivotal role in bringing Diageo’s brand strategies to life across the travel retail channel. Partnering closely with Commercial, Brand and Agency teams, you will translate strategy into high-impact customer activations that drive depletions, market share and rate of sale — both in-store and across digital EDGE touchpoints. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from insight to action, and takes true ownership of performance. You’ll balance creativity with commercial rigour, ensuring every activation delivers against brand, shopper and financial objectives. What does this role look like for you? Drive growth across channel by translating global and regional brand strategies into high-impact, customer-specific activation plans. Accelerate product turnover, market presence, and sales velocity through outstanding in-store and digital EDGE activations. Own launch excellence for innovations, limited editions and priority campaigns, ensuring flawless execution across all travel retail touchpoints. Improve return on investment by leading A&P scheduling, sequencing, and redistribution with a strong performance and value outlook. Co-lead commercial performance alongside Account Managers, taking shared accountability for delivering customer growth targets. Turn shopper and performance insights into action, optimising plans in-year to unlock incremental growth opportunities. Raise the bar on execution by influencing cross-functional teams and agencies to deliver on-time, on-brand and on-budget results. What will you bring to the table? 5+ years demonstrated ability across Customer Marketing, Marketing, Retail or Commercial roles. A proven track record of owning and delivering customer-facing activations end-to-end. Strong experience managing A&P budgets, including planning, phasing and reallocation. Hands-on exposure to product launches, promotional calendars and in-store execution. Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to link strategy to execution. Strong commercial acumen, creativity and analytical capability. Demonstrated experience driving transformational change that unlocks mutual growth. High learning agility — comfortable in fast-paced environments and quick to adopt new ways of working. Why Join Us?
