This is a high-impact opportunity to help build and scale the customer marketing function within a fast-growing, product-led B2B SaaS environment at the forefront of AI-powered workflow orchestration. In this role, you will shape how customer stories, advocacy, and proof are transformed into strategic growth assets that support pipeline generation, enterprise trust, and product adoption. You will work cross-functionally across product marketing, sales, customer success, and demand generation to turn real customer success into compelling narratives and scalable programs.
