In August 2024 Steer acquired AutoOps - the leader in modern, intelligent, and fully integrated scheduling software for auto repair shops. AutoOps allows customers to smoothly schedule through a shop’s website and Google Business Profile.
Steer is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Manager (CMM) to join our team. As the sole CMM, you will lead all Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives with a strong emphasis on enhancing onboarding and upsell processes. You’ll collaborate closely with product, channel marketing, brand and creative, sales, and customer success teams to develop impactful marketing collateral that supports GTM efforts. This role requires the ability to turn customer insights into actionable strategies, communicate clearly and effectively, and bring creativity and passion to Steer’s mission and product. Your primary focus will be generating leads, boosting customer engagement, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
This is a 100% remote role within Spain, Portugal, Ukraine or Poland.
