Responsibilities

Customer Advocacy Program:

  • Drive and implement SoSafe’s customer advocacy program, building strong relationships with key customers to gather success stories, testimonials, and other advocacy materials.
  • Design and implement programs that encourage customers to become advocates for SoSafe, including testimonial campaigns, reference programs, and customer-driven content.
  • Create a framework for measuring and tracking customer advocacy efforts, ensuring that advocacy campaigns are aligned with company objectives and provide measurable results.

Customer Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement customer marketing email campaigns that amplify customer success stories, share best practices, and drive deeper engagement with SoSafe’s products.
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives by leveraging customer feedback and success stories to present relevant offerings and highlight additional product value.
  • Handle and enhance SoSafe’s customer referral program, creating compelling messaging and incentives to encourage customers to refer others within their network.

Content Creation and Distribution:

  • Work closely with customers to create high-impact content, including case studies, video testimonials, customer blogs, and social media posts, that highlight SoSafe’s impact on their business.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of customer-driven content across platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, and SoSafe’s digital channels.
  • Design and drive advocacy campaigns, ensuring customer voices are at the forefront of our messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to align customer marketing and advocacy efforts with broader company goals and ensure a consistent, customer-centric experience.
  • Engage with external partners and agencies to enhance the quality and visibility of advocacy content, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

Program and Event Support:

  • Help the planning and completion of customer-centric events, webinars, and campaigns designed to deepen relationships and showcase customer success.
  • Travel up to 15% to engage directly with customers, attend industry events, and capture advocacy materials that highlight the value SoSafe brings to organizations.
