Customer offering Specialist (m/w/d) - limited contract for 2 years
Amplifon is looking for a talented Customer offering Specialist (m/w/d) to join our local and multicultural Marketing team. You are going to work in a truly fast-paced environment in a business constantly evolving where you will have great empowerment and (international) growth opportunities. Customer Offering understands consumers and defines what product and service can be offered and with which pricing, in order to attract/satisfy customers and maximize total revenues/margins per head, through: local product & services portfolio design, optimization and maintenance and local pricing & promo strategy definition and monitoring.

Responsibilities
  • Pricing & promo strategy definition:
  • Continuous monitoring of average selling price, discount and margin performance and data analysis to detect issues, areas of improvement and recommending actions
  • Promo and CRM campaigns design to reach ASP target and to push consumer upselling; postmortem analysis
  • Elaborate and execute effective Go To Market processes for promo and commercial initiatives
  • Promo execution control in store:
  • Support COF manager in leading and deploying a continuous store systems evolution to always ensure full control on promo, discount execution in store
  • Support on portfolio monitoring:
  • Continuous monitoring product portfolio through ad hoc analyses
  • Provide analysis, reports and insights to Customer Offering Specialists to optimize product portfolio
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain and improve reporting and KPI monitoring
  • Develop ad hoc analysis on specific projects
  • Relation with EMEA and Global Customer Offering Teams on business updates and specific cross market projects
