About the Role
This role is an opportunity for those seeking to gain valuable experience in customer identification (Applicable Customer Identification Procedures (ACIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) at onboarding for complex non-individual customers – which underpins Suncorp’s obligation to Protecting Our Customers. This will also include maintaining and enhancing KYC compliance practices within Business Banking. This role is responsible for supporting customers via calls (outbound and inbound) with Business Banking account openings, processes and enquiries.
