We've achieved big things already, but we're just getting started. This is where you come in... Job Description The role of the Customer Onboarding Executive (UK) is important to us. You will be responsible for supporting our customers with a best-in-class customer onboarding experience. We would love to welcome you to our Global Telematics Hub – Arden Square, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Role responsibilities: Calling newly acquired customers to Radius Telematics and ensuring that they receive a red-carpet experience Working a ‘check list’ of items to ensure swift install and activation of customer Telematics devices Supporting new customers with providing systems training and setting up of key business software reports Seeking out additional opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell into the wider Radius Group Working cross-departmentally to solve challenges with the customer at the heart of everything you do Updating business systems and CRM Qualifications Experience in a Customer Service, Account Management or Desk-based sales position preferred but not essential Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and business CRM platforms such as Salesforce Able to demonstrate a 'common sense' approach to problem solving in the operations environment Manage own workload effectively and support your line manager with reporting Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision/non-decision makers Strong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers Enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve company goals Additional Information #LI-JW1 Still Curious?
