Intern - Onboarding We're looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to join our team for a six-month period. This role is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, directly impacting our delivery quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Ensure High-Quality Deliveries: By ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery process, you will directly contribute to the success of our Customer Success team, giving them full confidence in the quality of every product delivery. Elevate our UAT Process: You will be instrumental in developing and standardizing our User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. This includes running UATs on new deliveries and existing customer configurations, ensuring everything meets our quality standards before it's handed over to our Customer Success team. Drive Innovation: Help us explore and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows for our UAT processes, identifying opportunities to make our work more efficient and scalable. Solve Problems: You'll have the opportunity to identify pain points in our delivery cycle and propose solutions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Who You Are: A quick learner with a keen eye for detail. Someone who enjoys problem-solving and isn't afraid to take initiative. A great communicator who can work effectively with different teams. Familiarity with project management tools and an interest in technology, automation, and AI is a plus. This internship is perfect for someone eager to learn about the ins and outs of a tech delivery cycle and make a tangible impact on a company's success.
