JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Customer Onboarding Manager - Teamleader Focus
Scope: Onboarding new customers to drive growth for Teamleader Focus within the German market.
Level: Junior/ Medior
Language requirement: German (native/ bilingual) and English (fluent)
Location: Ghent, Belgium or Amsterdam, the Netherlands or remote from Germany
Timing: ASAP
Have experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in business development, new business acquisition, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales or onboarding goals will be an advantage!
Speak these languages: Fluent in German and proficient in English.
Are communicative: You’re a people person with excellent communication skills to engage customers and collaborate with teams.
Are tech-savvy: You enjoy working with tech solutions and experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Are results-oriented: You know how to spot opportunities, close deals, and achieve targets.
