THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Onboarding Manager who’s excited by working with both people and projects, solving complex problems and collaborating across an array of industries and specialties to drive forward a generational product. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Lead the Onboarding Process: Own the customer onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live. You will ensure a seamless, efficient onboarding experience, meeting all SLAs and metrics, and maintaining constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Optimise Execution: In collaboration with the Onboarding Lead and wider customer team, you will work to continuously improve the onboarding process, and improve the speed to live, bringing value to our customers sooner.
