We’re looking for an Onboarding Manager who’s excited by working with both people and projects, solving complex problems and collaborating across an array of industries and specialties to drive forward a generational product. Whether you come from a traditional path or a more unconventional background, what matters to us is your curiosity, initiative, and ability to grow with us.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Lead the Onboarding Process: Own the customer onboarding journey from kick-off to go-live. You will ensure a seamless, efficient onboarding experience, meeting all SLAs and metrics, and maintaining constant communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Optimise Execution: In collaboration with the Onboarding Lead and wider customer team, you will work to continuously improve the onboarding process, and improve the speed to live, bringing value to our customers sooner.
