REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT support or technical project management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant IT certifications or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel across regions
    The role is offered on a full-time, full year basis.

Responsibilities

YOU WILL LEAD ONBOARDING PROJECTS, WORKING CLOSELY WITH TECHNICAL TEAMS AND SCHOOL STAKEHOLDERS TO DELIVER HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE. THIS ROLE INVOLVES TRAVEL ACROSS REGIONS AND OCCASIONAL SHORT-TERM COVER FOR KEY CONTRACTS, SO FLEXIBILITY IS ESSENTIAL.

Our ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience managing onboarding or IT projects—ideally within the education sector. You’ll be confident working across departments, building relationships, and guiding schools through the onboarding process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including:

  • Leading onboarding meetings and technical setup
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery
  • Training schools on systems and promoting our full service offering
  • Supporting strategic engagement and continuous improvement
