As a Manager/Senior Manager specializing in Transaction Advisory Services, you will actively shape the DNA of our nationwide Corporate Finance division, which comprises over 100 employees. You will lead financial due diligence projects for both buyers and sellers for our clients (private equity firms, family offices, and a wide range of medium-sized companies in Germany and abroad). You will develop and resolve complex transaction advisory issues such as purchase price agreements ( PPAs), company valuations, and integration support, and present your concepts in a client-oriented manner. In addition, you will support the partners in acquisitions and representation , and provide guidance and advice to your colleagues based on your experience.
Do you have several years of professional experience in corporate finance or transaction advisory services? A successfully passed CPA exam is advantageous for this position, but not mandatory.
