• Lead onboarding journeys for new clients, managing setup and integration across the Nurtur platform.
• Deliver engaging training — from personalised 1:1 sessions to large-scale webinars — ensuring clients are confident, capable, and excited to use our products.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve challenges quickly and keep onboarding smooth and efficient.
• Create and optimise training content to help customers unlock the full value of our platform.
• Spot growth opportunities during onboarding, recommending additional features or products where they can add value.
• Track and share insights by keeping detailed CRM records of all client interactions.
