Job Description Join our dynamic Customer Operations team on a 6 month fixed term contract and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to brokers, lenders, and internal stakeholders. We're offering a competitive salary of £23,809. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your organisational skills and customer focus will make a real impact. What you'll be doing: Managing inbound queries via phone, chat and email, providing professional and timely responses Owning and organising shared team mailboxes, prioritising and distributing queries effectively Monitoring operational queues and allocating tasks to maintain balanced workflows Handling Line 1 service desk tickets, triaging issues and escalating complex cases Supporting Product Support Analysts with administrative tasks and audit preparation Updating and maintaining accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes Identifying trends and sharing insights to support continuous improvement initiatives Promoting adoption and usage of Ignite, offering guidance and escalating technical issues Qualifications Who we're looking for: Experience in an administrative, customer service or operational support role Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Ability to manage stakeholder expectations with professionalism Collaborative approach with proven ability to build strong working relationships Basic understanding of the UK mortgage market (desirable) Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
