Our client, a leading leasing organisation, is expanding their Contracts Team and looking for a detail-oriented Customer Operations Advisor to support customers through the crucial final stages of their leasing journey.
Job Title: Customer Operations Advisor
Location: Just outside Bristol
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,500 with a salary review after probation
Office Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday – Friday

As a vital part of the operations team, you’ll ensure a seamless experience for customers during the contract signing process:

  • Proactively contact customers to advise them of their upcoming vehicle delivery.
  • Request and collect essential documents (e.g. driver’s license, bank statements).
  • Send out finance documents tailored to each finance provider’s process.
  • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the signing journey.
  • Follow up with customers every 24 hours to ensure prompt document return (especially for in-stock vehicles).
  • Carefully check all returned documents for completeness and accuracy (matching signatures, IDs etc).
  • Upload completed documents to finance providers for final approval.
  • Once authorised, hand over the case to the updates team to complete the process
