We’re looking for a strategic thinker to join our team as an Operations Analyst to support our Customer Operations department. This role is perfect for a data strategist who’s passionate about leveraging next-generation technological solutions, optimizing existing processes, and facilitating collaboration across our Product, Claims, Customer Service, Underwriting Operations, and Data teams. You will report into the centralized Operations enablement group, and work cross functionally with senior stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a superior customer experience, driving operational excellence, profitability, and innovation within our operations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sophisticated data analysis and visualization, transforming raw data into actionable insights
  • Effectively distill and communicate complex information to a wide audience on a regular basis
  • Assist in the formulation, quantification, and tracking of Customer Operations metrics
  • Effectively project manage cross-functional key initiatives, and communicate clearly through effective presentations and organized tracking systems
  • Work with partners from Product, Business Operations, Claims Experience, Customer Experience, and Underwriting
  • Become an expert in the Customer Operations organization
