Based at our Napier Airport Branch, we have a full-time position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work. We work 7 days per week, Monday to Sunday from 07:00 am to 10.00 pm. In this full-time role you will be scheduled to work on our rotating roster working 40-hours per week consisting of 5 x 8-hour shifts per week that will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. 📍 Permanent, Full-Time 40-hours per week position available 💼 Napier Airport based 🤝 Supportive, friendly, and caring culture 🚀 Entry level role with training provided 🌍 Big international company with opportunity to move internally About the Role As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
