Based at our branch in the Auckland CBD (Victoria St West), we have a full-time working 40-hours per week , fixed term position to help with our busy peak season available. Fixed term position available - Calling All Working Holiday Visa Holders Auckland CBD - Victoria Street West based with parking provided Supportive, friendly, and caring culture In this role we would need you to work on a 7-day roster (Monday - Sunday) between the hours of 8 am - 4:30 pm where you will be rostered to work 40-hours per week on 5 x 8-hour shifts that may include weekends and public holidays as required. About the Role As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers. What we are looking for: Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
