Responsibilities:
- Lead customer service operations to execute successfully the Order To Cash processes in Argentina, to guarantee the correct service for internal and external area with focus in the customer solution
- Strive for excellence in operations management by enhancing the overall customer experience and operational efficiency, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure team strategies align with business objectives and foster a customer-centric culture.
- Drive innovation in customer operations management by leveraging digital solutions to achieve business targets and accelerate sales growth.
