We are looking for someone who is able to take on Customer Operations responsibilities. The role should be primarily focused on coordinating operations within the customer support, customer success and account management departments related to customer requirements and company strategy.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be proactive in identifying customer-related issues, and thrive in a team-oriented environment. Working with the Customer Operations Team Manager and Director of Operations to ensure efficient business strategy delivery and daily operations to support our customers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a customer facing role previously (desirable)
  • Extremely organised individual
  • Able to work within a fast paced environment

    Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Using Jira, monitor, respond to and coordinate actions for incoming tickets. Collaborating with colleagues and various departments
  • Using Hubspot, coordinate and manage internal tickets and ensure completion within internal SLA requirements
  • Respond to customer messages via Intercom, ensuring customer service and efficient support at all times
  • Using Healthera’s in built platform, monitor and respond to SLA breaches across our customer base, ensuring a quality patient experience at all times
  • Coordinate and continuously aim to improve Healthera’s Private Medicine order fulfilment administrative function
  • Monitor and take ownership of company emails that are customer facing
