Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to support both internal teams and external clients in managing electronic devices used in clinical trials. In this critical role, you’ll help ensure that devices are accurately managed, shipped, and tracked—contributing directly to the success of life-changing clinical studies around the globe.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Manage Sales Orders to ensure accurate creation and clarity of information for teams within the configuration center
  2. Attend project kick off meetings and client calls, as required
  3. Point of contact for Client Services queries or questions
  4. Responsible for generating internal export documentation
  5. Responsible for ordering printed materials on behalf of clients, as directed by Client Services
  6. Liaise with Client Services and external service providers to manage and communicate any shipment delays
  7. Promote continual improvement within the Customer Operations area
  8. Other responsibilities as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

  1. Adherence to site Health & Safety
  2. Accurate data entry and computer skills
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize
  5. Must be able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
  6. Must be a team-oriented person with a “can do” attitude.
  7. Understanding and/or experience of clinical trials / pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
