Vestech Energy Sdn Bhd is a focused residential home Solar servicing force aims helping homeowner to generate and manage energy cost more effectively in a completely hassle-free way. Vestech Energy is a subsidiary of Solarvest Holdings Berhad which was founded in 2012 with the vision to create a world where clean energy is easily accessible to many. The Customer Operations Executive serves as the primary point of contact between Vestech Energy and its clients following project handover. This role focuses on these areas: 1. Project Communication, Client Management & Reporting Monitor project and system timelines to ensure timely completion and delivery. Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports. Handle client enquiries and provide timely updates on project status. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. 2. Customer Experience & Satisfaction Drive customer satisfaction initiatives by keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their project journey. Conduct customer experience and satisfaction surveys. Gather, analyse, and report customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. Support the development and implementation of customer retention and engagement strategies. 3. Administration & Cross-Functional Support Work closely with various departments to support operational initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Organise and maintain departmental documentation and customer records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. Perform data analysis to support decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field (Engineering field is an added advantage). Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage. Required skill(s): Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills Attitude: Customer and service-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people. Customer Service, Team player, self-motivated to learn, effective communicator, and patient. Capable of working independently and autonomously, while also being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
