Your tasks with MAXXimum focus Customer Operations & Order Management Manage day-to-day customer operations, including inquiries, orders, claims, and escalations Coordinate order fulfillment for D2C, B2B, retail and international customers Monitor service levels, response times, and operational quality standards Oversee customer orders from entry through delivery and proactively resolve issues Export & Logistics Operations Independently manage export and customs processes for international shipments Prepare and maintain export documentation and customs declarations using ATLAS Coordinate transport activities with logistics providers and freight partners Ensure compliance with customs regulations, Incoterms, and trade requirements Monitor delivery performance and address fulfillment issues proactively Process Optimization & Reporting Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities Drive process improvements across customer operations, logistics, and order management Support ERP optimization, automation initiatives, and new operational tools Monitor KPIs, reports, and operational dashboards Your skillset - as strong as our protein Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable qualification 3+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Export Operations, Order Management, or Logistics Independent execution of export and customs operations Hands-on experience with ATLAS customs software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset Business-fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus About us Quality & Innovations from IronMaxx® Nutrition Premium sports nutrition - Designed in Germany! Responsibilities
