LOCATION: MAROOCHYDORE, (HYBRID)

Responsibilities

A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE

This is more than just a customer service job—it’s an opportunity to play a vital role across the full operational value chain. As part of our Revenue Operations Team, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day activity, handling customer inquiries, processing data, and supporting key functions.

SOME OF YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain and update customer records
  • Respond to email inquiries and manage inboxes efficiently
  • Manage system queues, and escalated customer queries
  • Ensure accurate data entry and send appropriate follow-up communications
  • Participate in change and business process improvement initiatives
