Based at our Auckland CBD location - 206 Victoria Street West, we have a part-time position available for someone who has exceptional customer service skills and isn't afraid of hard work. We operate 7 days a week, for this position we are looking for someone to work 20-hours per week on Thursday to Saturday during our operating hours which are from 0800 - 1630. Part-Time 20-hours per week position available Entry level role with training provided Supportive, friendly, and caring culture About the Role As what we call a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers. Full training provided to help you achieve your goals & reach your potential. What we are looking for: Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role. Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service. Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided) Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
