Responsibilities

Under strict supervision, this role augments customer relationships and expedites revenue recognition by performing assigned tasks within one or more quote to cash (QTC) process domains to include a combination of pre-sales, product delivery and service delivery activities required to support an assigned geography, global account or customer segment. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Errors are readily ascertained by the supervisor and can be corrected. Skills are typically acquired through 1 year experience in customer service, preferably within the high-tech sales or service industry. Halliburton experience in distribution or finance administration and familiarity of the sales administration and financial aspects of the business is favorable. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business is preferred.
