Description

We are looking for a new member of our Customer Operations team in Milan. In this role you will be dealing with challenges connected to deliveries of our products to customers. If you are a person who enjoys communication with various partners (customers, internal colleagues, external transportation partners) has an eye for the details and enjoys working with data, don’t hesitate and apply!

Responsibilities
  • Order management: ordering process from order up until invoicing and claim according to LEGO service model
  • Sparring partner for sales team: attending sales meetings, assisting in some tasks, giving updates about customers
  • Cooperation with logistic team, tracking deliveries, resolving customer issues
  • Logistic tasks: booking-in, splitting deliveries, releasing delivery blocks, booking return deliveries
  • Cooperation with accounts receivable team to avoid credit blocks
  • To secure customers within your portfolio respect allocation of goods
  • Customer Inventory optimization and counselling based on stock and CS data
