CUSTOMER OPERATIONS TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a Customer Operations Team Leader in our Customer Operations team
This role sits within the Operations team umbrella and forms part of the customer focused Customer Operations team. We are the face of Funding Circle and work passionately to make sure small businesses have an incredible experience in getting the funding they need.

Responsibilities
  • Managing all aspects of workflow for Customer Operations including the daily allocation of resources across Customer Operations processes
  • Lead, coach, motivate and develop your direct reports
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on how we can improve our processes in Customer Operations; champion best practices and partner with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to and create a robust controls environment, highlighting process weaknesses and finding solutions.
  • Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day
