WE ARE HIRING FOR A CUSTOMER ORDER ADMINISTRATOR IN OUR FABRICATION DEPARTMENT TO JOIN OUR TEAM.

AMS - Architectural & Metal Systems Ltd. is Ireland’s only independently owned manufacturer of extruded aluminium profiles. We specialise in aluminium extrusion, powder coated aluminium and sheet metal fabrication as well as providing many other services from our vast 300,000 sq. ft. facility. AMS also supply a wide range of thermally efficient aluminium windows, doors, and other commercial systems to various industries globally. The company’s business divisions include standard engineering products, architectural glazing systems, curtain walling, architectural paint and anodised finishes and a bespoke aluminium design & extrusions service.
We are currently seeking a Customer Order Administrator to join our fast-paced environment. Full training will be given.
A great opportunity to join our growing team at AMS in our admin department. Our ideal candidate will have experience in sales, order administration, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Core hours: Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 17.00pm & Friday 9.00am – 16.00pm

Responsibilities
  • Process fabrication orders, including generating documentation for manufacturing and invoicing.
  • Provide frontline customer support, both in person and via phone.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.
  • Using different Software’s such as Navision.
  • Reviewing and monitoring sales for your customers
  • Manage and develop sales for existing key accounts.
  • Maintain knowledge about current products & pricing.
  • Maintain contact with client’s post-sale to obtain feedback and resolve any issues.
