The Role – Customer Order Coordinator
In this role, you’ll be the link between our customers and our production team—making sure every ribbon and rosette order is correct, feasible, and production-ready. You won’t be the first point of contact for incoming calls, but you will follow up with customers to clarify details, confirm changes, and ensure nothing gets lost in translation.
While your main focus will be on order management, you’ll also provide occasional accounting coverage, such as preparing invoices when the accounting team is away. This includes verifying prices and noting any extra costs that may apply when customers change or add to their designs.
We’ll train you in the world of ribbons and rosettes—no prior experience needed—but your natural eye for detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with both words and numbers will set you up for success.
