Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, managing day-to-day tasks and resolving complex issues with minimal supervision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complex inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the Fulfilment duties, implement enhancements, and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of updating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of order processing activities and procedural guidelines.
  • Actively participate in cross-training initiatives to expand knowledge and skills across different areas of the Order to Cash function.
  • Handle more complicated order processing requests and escalations.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Previous experience within Fulfilment or an Order to Cash and /or Customer Service environment preferred.
  • Available to support increased workload and additional hours when required (e.g., month-end/quarter-end periods).
  • Demonstrated customer service and soft skills with customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow an asset.
  • Detail and results-oriented, ability to work under pressure to meet tight timelines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; Self-starter attitude with great teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to embrace change and willingness to learn best practices.
  • Very strong organizational skills - attention to detail essential.
