This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist for the Danish project business in Ørestad, Copenhagen with Signify.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Handle orders in a project-oriented environment, ensuring end-to-end follow-up from order placement to delivery
• Coordinate and execute logistical tasks, collaborating with multiple stakeholders throughout the process
• Operate SAP or similar ERP systems for order and logistics management, and utilize Power BI and Excel for reporting and analysis
• Act as backup and support other countries in the project team if necessary
• Provide customer service through telephone, email, and Teams, maintaining direct contact with customers as needed
