JOB DESCRIPTION

As Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Supply Chain team that is responsible for supporting sales and managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage sales orders manually as well as monitor automated sales orders, supported by various channels
  • Reporting on order receipts and order status
  • Responsible for the administrative flow of all types of Sales orders from order intake to sales recognition.
  • Prepare, organize, and lead weekly order book review meeting between factory and market
  • Act as single point of contact to the logistics organization for assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects.
  • Using SAP
  • Responsible to release customer billing as requested by the market finance policy and create customer facing documents
