As a Customer Outreach & Lead Generation Executive at Skysun , you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement and lead generation initiatives. In this role, you'll reach out to potential clients, establish relationships, and communicate our energy solutions to generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, initiating conversations about our offerings. Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining their interest in our solutions. Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM to ensure effective follow-up and nurturing of leads. Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further engagement. Meet or exceed lead generation targets while continuously optimizing outreach strategies. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service roles. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to establish rapport with prospects quickly and effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage and document interactions efficiently. Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking processes is a plus. Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and sales strategies.
