The Role At Kyndryl, we are looking for a Senior Account Management Partner / Customer Partner to lead strategic accounts and drive sustainable business growth. This role combines strong commercial leadership with end-to-end ownership of the assigned accounts, including full responsibility for revenue, profitability, and long-term customer success. This position is designed for experienced professionals with a solid background in key account management, business development, and consultative selling, capable of building trusted relationships with senior executives and expanding complex accounts in competitive environments. Key Responsibilities End-to-end management of strategic and/or portfolio accounts, acting as the primary customer interface and building long-term, trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers. Full ownership of account P&L, managing both revenue growth and profitability, and ensuring business continuity and sustainability. Definition and execution of account strategies. Identification, qualification, and closing of complex opportunities, delivering tailored solutions aligned with each customer’s specific business needs. Management of a mixed territory, combining existing customers and new logo acquisition, requiring a strong hunter–farmer profile with a clear commercial mindset. Leadership of one or more strategic or portfolio accounts, growing account size and scope across high-value services and capabilities. Close collaboration with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure seamless execution across the entire account lifecycle, from prospecting through delivery and ongoing operations. Development of a strong go-to-market pipeline with strategic partners, jointly pursuing and closing new opportunities. Application of external industry best practices and market knowledge to anticipate customer needs and position Kyndryl as a trusted strategic advisor. Who You Are Senior-level experience in roles such as: Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Customer Partner, Territory Manager, Senior Sales or Business Development roles. Strong commercial and sales-oriented profile, with proven experience in consultative selling, business development, and complex deal management. Demonstrated experience managing accounts beyond pure sales, including profitability, renewals, and long-term account strategy. Solid industry experience in one or more priority sectors, including: Healthcare (hospitals, pharmaceutical companies), Manufacturing and industrial environments. Background in IT services, systems integration, or similar environments. Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders, with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic mindset, autonomy, and strong leadership in cross-functional environments. Location & Working Model Client-facing role with regular travel required. Primary focus on Madrid and Barcelona.
