What you'll be doing: Analysing data and investigating anomalies to ensure accurate customer records Supporting compliance with regulatory and internal processes including GDPR, payroll legislation, and financial reporting Using reconciliation knowledge to provide technical input and guidance across teams Maintaining accurate records and tracking case progress using spreadsheets and internal systems Participating in user testing and supporting system changes to ensure accurate payments and reporting Embedding conduct risk principles to deliver good customer outcomes Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer journey Providing cover for reconciliation tasks during team absences to maintain service continuity Qualifications Who we're looking for: Experience working with large volume pension or payroll reconciliations Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and technical data A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across teams and functions Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality outcomes Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reconciliation tools or systems A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues Knowledge of payroll processes and regulatory frameworks (desirable but not essential) Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
