We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team at Calise Bakery. Our Customer Service Representatives are our customers regular contacts and must exhibit the Calise Core Values in Communication, Accountability, Leadership, Integrity, Safety, and Excellence.  Come join New England's favorite bread and rolls bakery!  This is a full-time position with benefits and PTO.  Responsibilities include entering customer orders, explaining options to customers, and helping our team process and fulfill orders as needed. Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to take and enter their orders into a computer. Duties and Responsibilities * Interacts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. * Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services. * Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff. * Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns. * Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. * Performs other related duties as assigned.  Requirements and skills:  * 6-12 months previous phone and order entry experience required.  * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening * Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. * Excellent communication and presentation skill * Must be 18 year or older.  * Requires repetitive movement, sitting & repeating the same physical or mental activities Work Environment: * Working indoors in environmentally controlled conditions * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer with phones. * Must be exact or highly accurate; examine documents for completeness, accuracy, or conformance to standards as mistakes are not easily correctable and have serious consequences.  * Communicating with supervisors, peers, subordinates, customers, or general public.
