Responsibilities

JOB ROLE

We are seeking a Customer Pick-Up Associate with prior experience in the auto parts industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused individual with a solid understanding of auto parts and a strong work ethic.
In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers. You will provide excellent counter service, assist with counter sales, and guide walk-in customers through our online ordering process. You’ll also be responsible for answering questions related to online tickets and helping customers with their orders. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to carry and lift heavy auto parts.
This is a full-time/part-time position with a variable schedule of 3 to 4 days per week, with 10-hour shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide friendly and efficient counter service to customers picking up orders.
  • Assist with counter sales and process customer payments.
  • Educate walk-in customers on the online ordering process.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues related to online tickets.
  • Receive, organize, and prepare auto parts for customer pick-up.
  • Safely lift, carry, and move heavy auto parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
