Job Description Be overall window contact to customers with regard to supply chain issues Customer demand planning according to standard planning process, responsible for the accuracy of short-term and long-term rolling forecast planning Coorperate with production planner for finish products planning Balance production capacity and customer Demand System data maintenance to ensure the reliability of relevant information in SAP system Daily monitoring of production output Daily monitoring of delivery to customer, and customer fluctuation control Inventory control and deadstock avoidance Regular internal report base on requirement Take on other duties assigned by superior Qualifications Bachelor degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain management, business administration, or similar 3 years or more automotive logistics planning experience ERP system and data analysis knowledge (SAP, Excel, PowerBI, advantage with SQL and/or DPPCon) Strong English communication

Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for customers regarding supply chain issues and manage customer demand planning. Monitor production output and delivery to customers while ensuring inventory control and avoiding deadstock.
