REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in customer and product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or digital marketing environment
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and paid search strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Pendo, and ideally Planhat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success & Account Management teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ADTHENA

As Customer & Product Marketing Manager, you will drive customer engagement, product adoption, and go-to-market success at Adthena.
In this exciting cross-functional role, you’ll lead targeted campaigns across email, in-app (via Pendo), and blog content to announce new product releases, support lifecycle journeys, and surface customer success stories.
You’ll manage our monthly product newsletter, coordinate Customer Advisory Board sessions, and create compelling in-app experiences. With experience in Google Ads, HubSpot, and ideally Planhat, you’ll play a key role in turning product momentum into customer value, helping teams across CS, Sales, and Product stay aligned and informed
