Alphabet Spain is opening a vacancy for a Profitability & Sales Steering Analyst within the Profitability and Commercial Excellence Department. Profitability & Sales Steering Analyst (f/m/x) This role focuses on analyzing key indicators related to portfolio performance, new business, sales activity, and profitability, supporting decision‑making and the continuous improvement of processes and tools. About the role: Prepare monthly portfolio and new business reports by volume, sales channel, fuel type, brand, and profitability.Produce reports for the analysis and monitoring of key sales activity and team KPIs, such as visits, pipeline, request volumes, and response times.Carry out pricing analysis by sales channel.Prepare the weekly team meeting, including the main KPIs for the area and the company.Support the preparation of presentations for the pricing committee.Continuously identify opportunities to improve procedures and work instructions to ensure the proper functioning of the customer profitability process, in coordination with other company areas.Actively participate in the definition, implementation, testing, and monitoring of reporting systems and tools that impact and control sales activity. About the profile: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is a plus.3 to 5 years of experience in finance and/or sales, preferably in the automotive and renting sector or in related activities.Advanced Excel skills and strong command of databases.Strong analytical skills and results orientation.Ability to organize, plan, and control work effectively.Strong communication and presentation skills.Upper‑intermediate level of English and fluency in the local language.Conflict management skills.
