• Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• SAP experience is a strong asset
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must pass criminal background and Controlled Goods Program (CGP) check

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and manage SAP Sales Orders and Purchase Orders across warehouse locations.
• Handle customer returns and retrofits for production line repairs.
• Communicate daily with customers regarding delivery status, invoicing, and scheduling changes.
• Invoice program deliverables (RC & NRC items); manage clearances and escalate issues.
• Analyze PMI needs based on MPS; manage audits and non-conforming parts workflow.
• Oversee Customer Supplied Parts and manage POs via customer portals.
• Track On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics; negotiate delays.
• Support 5-year Mid-Term Planning (MTP) through consolidated data collection.
• Manage SAP contracts, ensure accurate pricing, and support sales/internal audits.
• Produce monthly sales reports, delivery matrices, and respond to RFQs.
• Identify and implement process improvements under guidance from Sales Admin Manager.
