Your mission will be to lead the team, meet critical KPIs, and ensure project success by managing scope, cost, quality, and timelines. Your key responsibilities include: Establishing and implementing project management plans aligned with the project charter. Leading cross-functional project teams and ensuring smooth collaboration across departments. Managing customer communication, project deliverables, and internal/external interfaces. Proactively handling project risks, scope changes, and engineering change requests. Supporting continuous improvement through lessons learned and project closure activities. Managing your own assigned objectives and contributing to business targets. 🎯 Success Will Be Measured By Project profitability and quality performance On-time sample and product delivery Achievement of both team and individual targets Qualifications 🌟 Who We’re Looking For Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or customer project management Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager involved in full project lifecycles.
