Our team is involved in all phases of the customer project life cycle: Specifications review, Design optimization, Qualification test definition and management, Manufacturing follow-up, testing and commissioning, Project Execution and Transfer of the next phases to Zones Solution centres. Description du poste Role: Reporting to the C&SP Execution Team Manager, surrounded by 10+ other teammates, the PM will manage large Customer projects or workpackage of very large project (projects with organizational and technical complexity, multi-business, high level of risk, complex contractual context...) following applicable company polices and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process), in line with the contract. The PM will be the main point of contact for the customer and third parties within project scope, managing the relationship. The PM will lead functionally the project team to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance. The role is based in Grenoble or Bratislava, including travels for 20% of the time. Qualifications Education: University Degree (Engineering and/or Business). University master’s degree is a plus. PMP / CPM-P certificate. Experience: Minimum 4 years in managing complex projects. Experience in managing equipment or transactional orders is a plus. Cross functional and cross border experience is a plus. Experience in Datacenter environment is a strong plus French and English FLUENT Your skills: Proven ability to lead functional and remote team including various profiles Strong communication skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal. Proven leadership skills in project context focusing despite stress and headwinds on business objectives. Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex matrix organisation, use strong internal and external networking to develop additional business. Ability to learn from others, share her/his knowledge, coach others and collaborate efficiently. At ease with new integrated digital tools for better work efficiency. Informations complémentaires Initially, the contract will be for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional year if the selected candidate meets expectations.
