Description
Responsible for Project delivery contracts towards customers, with optimum resource cost and time. Ensure project structure in the financial system is in place and monitored / reported regularly Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events Prepare business case for securing new tools and new automation rules. Qualifications: Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent Resource management (including budget management) Good knowledge of products and systems in the customer's network KPI formulae and performance reporting Analytical and synthesis capabilities Good Understanding of Automations, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence Good knowledge and understanding of the customer's business situation. Deep understanding of the managed service delivery business requirement Impact and results focused, comfortable in questioning the status-quo to drive positive high impact change Highly adaptive, and thriving in a rapidly changing environment Contract delivery language will be a plus. Performance and results oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility and empowerment. Communication Skills: Highly developed skills in interpersonal communication and ability to communicate effectively on an executive level, both internally and externally.
