5+ years of proven experience in project management, with a strong telecommunications background. Demonstrated expertise in 4G/5G RAN, Microwave, Optical Transmission, and civil works. PMP or equivalent certification (preferred). Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency with enterprise-level project management tools (MS Project, Sittracker, Global Chronos, Premium Proposal). Advanced knowledge of Intelligent Deployment methodologies and tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
