Job Title Customer Project Manager (Fixed Term 24 Months) Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for clearly defined, low complexity, local projects or for part of a larger project & emphasis on project execution. Your role: Customer facing Project Managers initiate, plan, execute commercial projects for external customers. Creating agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality and requirements, engage during pre-sales working with different stakeholders and leading and directing teams. Initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling all project works. Create & manage project baselines. Support pre-sales activities. Managing risk throughout project life cycles. Building communication and regularly reporting project progress to all stakeholders. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders. Leading & managing project team. Record & distribute lesson learned from all projects. Deliver scheduled project outcome through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You're the right fit if: Proven experience in meeting commitments and/or serving a leadership role within project execution. Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia & English and communication skills for managing relations with operational representatives of customers. Minimum 5 years experiences in project management (in healthcare industry will be an advantage). Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field. Strong leadership who focuses on achieving collective / team goals and able to cooperate & communicate with various stakeholders. Profound knowledge and have been applying Project Management methods according to PMBOK. [Highly preferable] Project Management certification (PMI-PMP, PRINCE2, or equal). Excellent interpersonal skills. Have capability on performing a structured Problem-solving measure. Able to operate Project Management tools/software (at minimum: MS Project)” How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
